Scope of Work

    Stobbarts were appointed to transform the Grade II listed farmhouse at Seascale Hall. The works involve extensive refurbishment programme complying with the client's high standards and requirements.

    The project comprised many aspects including stripping and replacing of roofs, replaster all rooms using lime plaster, install damp proofing membrane throughout, fit new floors, stripping out, demolition works, forming new openings, erecting new partitions, fire screens, new fire doors, associated joinery works, toilet facilities, decoration and flooring works and the installation of new electrical and mechanical services.
