Scope of Work

    Repair of Listed building including re-slating and valley gutter repair. Rebuild unsafe chimney and fit flu liner. Upgrade, modification and repair of rainwater disposal.

    Incorporation of two roof lights for roof maintenance. Modification of foul water disposal. Masonry repairs and reinstatement of external lime renders and shelter coats, external decoration, roof timber repairs and incorporation of a loft. Repairs to loft timber floors and incorporation of insulation, provision of loft access floor for maintenance purposes.

    Plaster repairs to ceiling, incorporate secondary glazing to windows modification to timber partition to create on-suite bathroom, joinery and drainage alterations to provide a ground floor WC. Incorporation of mechanical and electrical upgrades.
